SNUGG Story
Hi there! Welcome to SNUGGbaby Online Boutique!
SNUGGbaby is founded in September '08 by moi, Liza Yaakup, a WAHM (work at home mom) of 2. Because we travel a lot (on monthly basis!), prefering to make things my own, I very much enjoy crafting and create items to aid our travels and so I want to share my ideas of helpful products with other parents.
I strive to craft highly custom, fabulously and intricately designed handmades that literally make jaws drop! We carefully select highest quality material so that SNUGGbaby product will purposefully serve hardworking mothers and will last them long.
At the start, I do all the biz management, shopping, washing, cutting, sewing, and packaging with help from my very supportive husband, while taking care of the one active toddler. Alhamdulillah, we now have help from family members. Except for SNEXIES which is now sewn by my perfectionist sister, all other SNUGG BUGGs if not partially assembled by hired help, is fully crafted by me and sent out to the respective owners.
Most craftings and designing are made in a mini workshop in our humble abode which is environmentally friendly, smoke free (well.. probably except for the occasional overcooked fried fish hehehe) and pet free (we are pet friendly though — oh wait, there’s SUKI the goldfish). We now also use secondary sewing studio (in my ‘kampung’) which belongs to my sister where most SNEXIES are made and occasionally other SNUGG BUGGs. All participating sewing spaces are clean, hygienic, smoke free and pet free.
SNUGGbaby is a continual progress therefore highly value any feedback be it positive or negative because we want to provide better products and better service for you. We do our best to practice good business ethics.
