Refund and Exchange Policy

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with SNUGGbaby product, we give full refund if returned within 7 days from the receiving date provided that the item is still in its original condition. However, you have to bear the shipping cost.
• Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept exchange and refunds for unused SNEXIES and CLOTH DIAPERS. However if there’s clearly a manufacturing defect, we will consider replacement.
• SNUGGbaby reserves the right to accept or refuse refund or exchange of items
• Costs of shipping is non-refundable
